• I retain original copyright and ownership of the artworks, which includes but may not be limited to redistributing, reproducing, advertising, displaying the work in my websites, social media and portfolios according to my discretion. I have rights to repurpose unused process work for future projects, personal or otherwise.• You will probably receive the complete art in ond weeks or three, but there is a chance that this time extend to a maximum of one month. Please be aware that I study and have hobbies, so I won't always be fulfilling your request…I kindly ask you to not disturb me every hour asking for updates, I will send you the progress eventually when I feel I have enough stuff to show and/or ask!• I have the right to refuse any request for any reason.About the client rights:
• Clients are granted exclusive rights for personal use of the artwork produced as agreed upon. At most I will ask for a raise between 5-20$• Payment only by Kofi & Paypal.• The client must pay after the artist show for them a WIP (Work In Progress) of the artwork that was requested. It's on the WIP process where the client can decide if they will want any modification or something related to such. When both, the artist and the client, get in an agreement, the payment must be made trough Kofi or Paypal.• The client must pay a half of the payment after the WIP was shown, and the other half when the artwork is completed, but ONLY if the purchase costs 30$(USD) or more.• Refunds are not available after the artwork was finished or it is getting close to be finished. If you ask for a refund in the middle of the process of the artwork you will receive a 50% refund.
(Ex: Total price: $50, you paid $25 and asked for a refund, I will give you a refund of $12,50.)• If for any unforeseen reason I cannot complete the artwork or the work is significantly delayed, I will take initiative to inform you and provide a partial refund if work that was done up to this point will be accepted by the client, and if not, it will be a full refund.• I'm a minor, I don't have my own card and everything goes to someone's else card, which is called Mara, so this will be the name that will appear when you send the money, that's not my name.I can draw:
